Collecting your animal at the airport
A simple checklist so pick-up goes smoothly. This is guidance for collection - not a promise about flight or pick-up timing, which depends on the airline and the day.
1. Bring photo ID
The receiver needs photo ID to collect the animal from the airport.
2. Have the airway bill number
We share the airway bill number with you so the receiver has it ready at collection.
3. Collect within one hour of arrival
The animal should be collected within one hour of the flight landing.
4. Be ready around 30 minutes after landing
The receiver should be ready to collect around 30 minutes after the flight lands.
Heads up: agent fees and after-hours arrivals may add cost, and every journey needs a quote. We'll share arrival details so collection lines up.
