Quote vs invoice
A quote is our proposed price - not a confirmed booking. Once you accept, we send an invoice. You're booked when the invoice is agreed and the details are locked in.
Sender or receiver pays
Either can pay. We set that up when we quote - just tell us who's covering it.
Direct deposit
Payment can be made by direct deposit. We share the account details with your invoice - never publish them online.
Card surcharge
Card payments may attract a surcharge. We'll confirm any surcharge and the total before anything is charged - no invented rates.
Proof of payment & receipts
We provide receipts and proof of payment when you need them - just ask.
Every journey needs a quote
Cost depends on the animal, route, crate and date. We'll send a clear quote before any invoice.
